REFUND POLICY

At Home Preview, we are committed to providing high-quality service to all our clients. However, to ensure an efficient process, it is essential that the necessary information required for the execution of our services is provided on time. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued, as well as the legal notices applicable in France and the United States.
1. Refund Conditions
A refund can only be issued in the following cases:
• Insufficient information provided by the client: If the client does not submit the required information via our online form (plans, photos, or any other data needed for the service).
• No response to our requests for additional information: If the client does not respond to our email requesting further details within 10 business days of the request being sent.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the amount already paid will be refunded within 10 to 15 business days.
Important: If we have already started working on the project (e.g., modeling or any other stage of the service) before determining that the provided information was insufficient, no refund will be issued, even if the order is canceled.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
1. Contact us via email at homepreview.contact@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request – Order Number [insert number]”.
2. Include proof of the cancellation request (e.g., a copy of our follow-up email without a response).
3. Provide a bank account number (IBAN) or any necessary banking details for the refund.
Once the request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. Exceptions and Exclusions
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
• If the service has already been delivered (even partially).
• If the cancellation is due to a change of mind by the client after the provided information has been approved.
• If the requested information was submitted, but outside the timeline set for the project.
4. Applicable Law
For clients in France:
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customized services (such as 3D modeling) are not subject to standard withdrawal rights after the order has been validated and the service has commenced. This refund policy is specific to our company and applies only to the cases outlined above.
For clients in the United States:
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and business regulations applicable to custom services, once a customized service has begun, it cannot be refunded except in specific cases defined by our refund policy.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
• Providing clear and complete information through the online form.
• Responding to all additional requests for information within the required timeframe.
Failure to fulfill these obligations will result in Home Preview not being held responsible for delays or order cancellations.

Additional Notices for the United States and France
• Data Protection: All data collected in connection with the processing of your order is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in California.
• Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. If no resolution is found, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Paris for French clients or the competent local courts for U.S. clients.
